When we first sat down with Heritage Dental Associates, we heard their concerns and realized right away that they first needed to set up a brand for their service. We quickly implemented a new logo and website using the latest in Utah web design standards, all in one day, of course.
We then told them how a website is like a car – someone has to drive it. With this being said, we showed them how to curate blog articles and engage their demographic via facebook. Lastly, we showed them how to implement our super-ninja Google Star Rating system. It took them a couple of months to fully grasp the potential of this powerful training, but once realized, they skyrocketed their Google star ratings to 58 from 2 in only a couple of months.
As a funny side note, after we implemented our services and new web design, one of the doctors started getting calls on his cell phone. He promptly questioned the office manager why his phone number was added to the new website. It turns out that the phone number was always on the old website, but because the old site was hard to find, no one ever called that number. So when we transferred the information to the new site, his number got transferred with it.
